1. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time varies by country. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Delivery time starts once your order has been shipped. Please note that these are estimates and the exact delivery time depends on the local postal service in your country.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship our products within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. If you are interested in a larger order within or outside the EU, please contact info@drpocket.nl .

3. How much are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from 75 euros. For other EU countries, shipping is free from 100 euros.

Shipping costs (per country) can be found here . For all countries within the EU, VAT is included in the price.

1. How can I return my pocket?

Returns can be easily registered from the account dashboard. Select the order of which you want to return 1 or more items. You will then be guided through the steps of the return process.

2. What is your return policy?

Too bad your pocket is coming back! You have 30 days (after receiving your order) to return products you bought at drpocket.nl.

All items must be unused with tags intact.

We do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). We understand that free returns have their benefits, but there is also a downside. We need to protect our planet and excessive shipping has a negative impact on the environment.

Your return will be processed within 14 business days from the day your package was delivered to us. You will then receive an email stating that you can expect your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs of the first shipment.

A refund will be made using the same payment method selected when placing the order.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
